Stephen focuses on dispute resolution. He has extensive experience with mediations, arbitrations and at all levels of court in British Columbia including the Court of Appeal.
He acts for individuals and small business owners in commercial disputes, employment law, personal injury and insurance denials. Stephen takes a practical and cost effective approach and is often able to find creative ways to resolve disputes.
Stephen is from British Columbia and his family has deep roots in BC dating back to the late 1800’s.
