Plaintiff Awarded Over $2.8 million for Complex Brain Injury Case

In 2006 Anthony Thomas tried a case that involved ICBC using video surveillance in an effort to establish that the plaintiff (our client) had not sustained a severe brain injury. At trial, Mr. Thomas was able to prove that the plaintif sustained a complex and severe brain injury. The plaintiff was awarded over $2.8 million dollars for damages. Li v. Sandhu, 2006 BCSC 949 and Li, Ting Li et. al. v. Sandhu et. al., 2006 BCCA 79 (Court of Appeal).
