Bios
Adam Ueland
Adam obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree with honours from the Simon Fraser University (1999) and his Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan (2005). Since being called to the bar in 2006, Adam has worked for both plaintiffs and defendants in the area of personal injury as well as insurance defence, construction and general litigation. Adam has experience in Supreme Court and Provincial Court and assisted senior practitioners in the Court of Appeal. His experience in these areas has provided a better appreciation for the dynamics of a litigation matter from both the plaintiff and defence perspective.
Adam has been involved in mediations, settlements and trials on a variety of claims. He uses his experience to effectively resolve his client’s claims. Adam is a member of the Trial Lawyers Association, Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of British Columbia and Vancouver Bar Association.
