Kimberly then accepted a position as paralegal in a large firm in Edmonton, Alberta where she worked almost exclusively in the area of personal injury law. Kimberly attended at law school at the University of Alberta and obtained her law degree in 2005. Kimberly possesses the skills and empathy necessary to promote her clients whether in settlement negotiations, mediation or trial.
Kimberly is experienced with all types of personal injury claims including head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain conditions, soft tissue injuries, orthopedic injuries and psychological injuries. She has trial and chambers experience in both the British Columbia and Alberta courts.
Kimberly is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Law Society of Alberta, Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia and Canadian Bar Association. She continues to attend seminars and conferences to gain up to date knowledge in medical, evidentiary and procedural issues.
